The Kimball Arts Center in Park City Utah has just recently moved. The new location is at 1401 Kearns Boulevard Park City, UT 84060.
Kimball has been a local iconic Park City institution for many years. Learn more about the history.
Until recently, The Kimball Arts Center has been located at the bottom of the main street at (638 Park Avenue, Park City Utah). As development and growth have taken over they were forced to move.
Kimball Arts is a nonprofit that hosts a variety of activities and encourages all ages and art levels in the Park City area. They showcase a wide variety of exhibitions on local and national levels. They are also great at featuring up-and-coming artists by showcasing their products. One of the most fun things they do is offer a bunch of workshops and classes that help teach/educate artists who seek knowledge. Kimball is probably most well known for the local “Park City Kimball Arts Festival” that is held each year on the main street. Every year, Main Street Park City is shut down and over 45,000 people from all over the world visit. This event is Utah’s original longest-running visual arts festival.
If you are visiting Park City in the near future, I would highly recommend a visit to the Kimball Arts Center. To learn more about up-and-coming activities visit their webpage Here.
