Marcus was a true professional from start to finish. I purchased a property for myself and Marcus was representing the Seller. He met my wife and me at the property with 20 mins' notice and gave us a tour then gave us space to peruse and discuss privately. He helped us get an offer over that night that would appeal to the Seller and help us stand out. Throughout the transaction, we worked through a few bumps and needed more time for closing, but he maneuvered all of it beautifully. We met Marcus at an open house while driving around the Park City/Deer Valley area in 2007 when we first started going to the area. We were in no position to purchase anything at that point, but Marcus kept in contact with us, and eventually, we wanted to start looking seriously.
